It was a 5 minute fix at the most. The part was not in stock the first time I came in and I had to wait an hour to be told they had to order the piece(plastic rivet). When I came today for my scheduled appointment, I figured I'd look at a bigger car I might need. After an hour my car had not been touched. I was pretty upset. I was going to take my dog and walk over 5 miles home but Vivian stopped me and got the shuttle to drive us. I don't look forward to having any other service done to my car.

Viviana is very professional and to the point. I got my car back when expected. One thing, my seat was pulled up so close it would be a nice touch to put the seat all the way back for the tall customers or the position they found it in. Not a big deal, it would just be better for me. Thank you
