When I purchased this car I was informed that my oil changes for while would be free, and I remember I specifically asked if that included all the filters including the air and cabin filter and I was told YES. Before I purchased this Accord I had a Civic and my mechanic would change all the filters on top of I worked at Autozone for a year when I was 19 so although I have no clue how to take an engine apart and put it back together I understand the basics such as oil/filter change, brake service etc. When I asked why the other filters weren’t changed the woman helping me gets frustrated and starts explaining how a car has multiple filters. I informed her that I was aware of this my question is why the others weren’t changed when I asked about it beforehand. She keeps trying to explain to me what all the different filters are, cabin, air etc and was more concerned with lecturing information at me rather than answering my original question. Even though I have to pay I will be doing my next service at my mechanic because not only do they do a thorough job, no one talks down to me there or gets frustrated when I ask questions.
