My rep Alexander was excellent, helpful, patient, understanding, etc. The issue was the back shop. I was in for a first complementary service on my new Honda Civic. The time estimate for oil and filter service and a wash job was 90 minutes but it took more like two and one-half hours. Not wonderful.

John was great. Honda is horrible. They left me with no car for over a month. I had to complain non stop to even get offered a loaner so I could commute to work. There where times when I wouldn't even get a response at all. This makes me second guess getting another Honda. And I was thinking about teasing in for a 2023.... well I will start looking else where I guess.
