Clayton is nice guy and new to the service department. He provides great customer service and seems eager to learn. Hopefully he remembers next time to double-check the pickup address for the shuttle service so the poor guy doesn’t have to go all the way to Irvine when the customer (me) is just 7 minutes away in Huntington Beach. Other than the shuttle coordination mistake, Clayton did a great job and is an asset to your team.
