I had brought my 91 Civic Dx to Norm Reeves for an oil change and they over filled my oil,

Alexander was so polite and professional. He asked me if I needed a ride to work and offered a pick up to come back for my car. I didn’t even know you all did that! Clayton was very nice. He greeted me and then checked my car in. After the point inspection he told me what items also needed attention. I declined those at the time and will schedule them in the future. 10 out of 10. Clayton was awesome!!
