Had an appt to have front license plate frame installed because it was missing when I bought the car from this location. Didn’t realize it until I got home with the car. Made an appt to get the plate/frame installed. Arrived at scheduled appt. It’s 23-24 miles one way. The parts weren’t in. Told to come back the next day. Waste of time and gas. Kudos to Viviana, who was apologetic and professional. Went in again next day. They expedited the job and I was out of there in less than 20 minutes.
