Tony was outstanding. However, when the car was delivered to me the radio volume was extremely high, higher even than my kids used to have it. Also, the temperature was set at "lo". Also, the dash setting was not reset.

First they said my car was ready. I get in the car the window won't roll up. They don't even check their work. Then they take it back and fix that but now the side view mirror isn't on right. It's too low and too close to the car. Can't see out it.

Went in for a new car detailing since it was not done at the time of purchase, but the inside was not cleaned or even touched at all. Floor carpets still debris everywhere, crumbs on the seat, and the initial minor stains on the side was still there (the whole point to come back was to get this off) it literally looked like they didn't even open the door. Things were left in the original spot of where I left it so not sure what exactly was new car detailed about it except the exterior. I had called previously and was advised by the finance advisor to mention I just needed a basic new car detail that would take roughly 1-1.5 hours. Since I was originally quoted 3 hours upon making the appointment, I had mentioned the basic detailing when I arrived. Rather than go through options that can be provided, I was taken by surprise with the response of "what do you want to do?" I don't know what your offers or options are so I wouldn't know what I wanted to do. I don't know what your basic detailing and full detailing provides. Out of pressure I responded with whatever can be done to not take 3 hours like I was originally quoted, but even then, I was told there would be at least a vacuum. I had a very pleasant experience with purchasing my Honda here, but the drive "off the lot" post service was really disappointing and unpleasant. I was hoping to make this location a place of trust and returned visits, but it felt like a place they did not care about customers. Thank you for the car and the great purchase, but I do not want to come back for services.
