I had been dealing with this issue on my vehicle for 1.5 years with my local dealer, American Honda Corp, and so many other parties, and Clayton and Norm Reeves HB quickly resolved my issue and the results are perfect. my vehicle looks brand new and i’m finally happy to drive it again. A1 service with updating/reset of my entertainment system took six hours. Only after 3 hours was I offered a shuttle home. I never received text or call about recommendations for what needed replacement and had to go to the parts store myself to purchase filter and new windshield wipers. And then wait -again- to have it installed. I am a busy person and this took most of my day. Clayton was apologetic and installed without labor cost, but why it took so long and no text or calls is beyond me
