When I had got the car back my phone holder on dash when I turned it fell to floor. And I don’t know where this part of the car had come flying it was part of it was from Cabin filter and that’s inside glove box and that was closed. It seems like we have several issues with your dealership. From doing things we haven’t asked you to do. And trying to overcharge us saying that it’s it takes so much time to do when we watched the manager walk right up and handle it in seconds. We have been lied to by service dept. To the point we dread bringing our vehicle to your dealership. We own 3 Hondas in our family . And it’s sad the last 5-6 times we have had issues

I’ve been going to Norm Reeves Honda HB from Yorba Linda for close to 20 years now. I’ve always dealt with Benito and or with Lilia, way back when. Because their stellar customer service was and is outstanding! Alexander displayed the same kindness and stellar customer service. Everyone there from service dept to the mechanics have always been very helpful honest and kind. Which is why I drive all the way there. My mother who recently passed and myself have owned Acura’s and Honda’s since the 90’s. I can guarantee you 2 things I will always own a Honda and only come to this dealership. Even though I am having to move to Arizona to live with family while I battle stage 4 cancer. As long as I can make the drive I will do it. Hopefully one day I can actually buy my very first car from Norm Reeves Honda HB!!! Just as long as Benito or Alexander can sell it to me. Lol just kidding I know they can’t. But if they could I would! Thank you to everyone past and present employees at Norm Reeves Honda HB!!! ??
