Alexander was very personable. There was one problem, my low tire warning came on when I only drove about a mile. Went back but service department was closed. Came in the next day and my tires were calibrated. I was one of the last customers on Friday so am concerned mechanics were in a rush to finish and overlooked tire pressure check.
