I think she did a really outstanding job. She seems to be a really smart person without being over board. I think the thing that really impressed me is she anticipated the questions I would ask and seemed genuinely invested in getting me the best service I could want.

What have you done to my car the display was off my emergency lights are now blinking the air conditioning doesn't work I just took it in for a general oil and filter change what did you do to my car

Tony was helpful in person but once I was home he did the bare minimum to get me back to the dealership and get me in my car. He initially quoted a time of completion being 11:30am after dropping off my CRV AT 8:27AM. I was not notified until 12:10pm that my service was completed. Typically whenever I get service work at the dealership I am called and a ride is figured out to get me back to the dealership. However there was no communication from Tony so I had to call several times to speak with him about the shuttle. I finally got in contact with Tony around 12:27pm. He notified me that the shuttle had just left and would not be back for another 15-20 minutes and then it would be on its way to pick me up. Typically what happens and what has happened in the past is if the shuttle is out an uber or lyft is called to give me a ride to the dealership. This did not happen and I waited outside of my apartment complex for the shuttle. After a little over an hour of waiting for the shuttle to show up at 1:27pm I tried reaching Tony with the number he gave me to no avail. I even texted him the number I was given to contact him and nothing so I had to call the dealer directly to speak with someone in the service department. They got in contact with the shuttle driver and told me they wouldnt be able to pick me up for another 20 minutes due to traffic. Originally I should have picked up my vehicle at 12:00pm the latest but due to poor communication from Tony I was not able to pick my vehicle up until 2:10pm. Really left a sour taste in my mouth for getting service at the dealership and I probably wont return because of it. I have always gotten excellent sevice from the other service members but Tony did not seem to care. Especially with paying so much money to get work done from the dealer the service must be worthwhile and the focus on the customer above all.
