Your service department wanted to charge me a thousand dollars for something that was under warranty and was told me this is a starting point. It turns out this is a common problem with my year 2019. I took it to Cerritos Norm Reeves and they said this is common. They see it all the time and fixed it under my power tran warranty. I also called Honda Motor American to make sure it was covered before I went to Cerritos. Terrible experience. How many other customers are charged for something that’s under warranty?

I brought the car in the day before so that parts could be ordered, I was told the part would be in thenext day and it would take one hour to complete. I made an appointment for November ninth at 2:30 it my wife’s car and could not come any earlier. One hour after I left I got a confirmation for service at 1:30 it was agreed the 2:30 was as early as I could come . I brought the car in at 1:45 and confirmed that it would take one hour. I went for a walk and returned at 3:45 and was told my car wasn’t done and that everyone was in a meeting so I could not get an update. I called a friend to pick me up and I went home one half hour later I got a call that my car was finished. I have bought three cars from you and my son has purchased two cars we chose your dealership because of your service this past year this has not been the case. Ivette was very helpful sorry for the position I was in. Please do something about your service I have not had a good experience in last year or more.
