vivana was brilliant really like her. the person however who scheduled me for the brake job at 1pm on sat. not so much.. turned out yuor store did not have the parts necessary to do the job, and there was a 2-3 hour back up when i arrived at 1. so my car wasnt even looked at until closer to 3pm whats the point of an appt? i dont want to have an appt to just get in line and wait till they get to it , that is odd. they said they could get after market parts at auto zone for me , but they couldnt verify if they were ceramic pads or not, not paying 280. for brake job with low quality parts, now they are trying to track down the correct parts for my car can will call me when they locate them.

I’ve been to both the Cerritos and Long Beach locations as well and my experience with Viviana at Huntington Beach was the best by far. She was thorough in her explanations without being condescending (which is an experience I’ve had at other locations) and I never felt like she was trying to pressure me into services. She set reasonable expectations about how long my service would take, and was very responsive when I reached out. Viviana is THE BEST!
I also really appreciate all of the digital communication Huntington Beach uses. It was a lot easier to read the additional services than try to remember and repeat back to my husband; we were able to make better decisions on approving services this way.
We will both be back!!
