The service personnel were polite and communicated well. But my car is 22 years old and I was told some necessary parts are no longer available. I feel the effort to locate them could have been better. They did not have to be located today. I understand the difficulty but it seems they gave up. I've had this car serviced exclusively by authorized Honda dealers since New. No one else (myself included) has done any mechanical work on it.
