I had made an appointment with Jason who told me my sun visor was under warranty. When I got to my appointment I was told I was past warranty. I explained that I only had the vehicle roughly 7 weeks. I was then told that they couldn’t fix the visor today because it was a custom part they would need to order. I told her that it had already been ordered and the part was there, that’s why I had made an appointment to come in. Then she said I was late. I asked what she meant by that. She said, I only have technicians until 4pm but Jason, who I believe is her boss scheduled me an appointment for 4:15. Once I was finally told they would fix the part things went well. The part was fixed free of charge and she was much easier to deal with on the way out. She even smiled.
