Benito was amazing from beginning to end. Overall my experience was positive. My only issue was that there was a clear hose left uninstalled and I found it under the brake pedal the next morning. It turns out it was a hose that was supposed to connect to the air conditioner humidity sensor. I was able to reinstall the house on my own. That’s the only issue I had in with my experience. Again, Benito was 10/10 awesome. I appreciated the communication throughout the whole process and I feel like he went above and beyond. I also appreciated the free Uber ride back to Norm Reeves to pick up my van.

Ivette Rodregus triggered every gut instinct that I was being conned. Declined to give me a copy of the contract. I did not trust or believe her. Tried to convince me that she'd done so much for me. Told me that I had to accept the deal immediately or it would be gone, which is never the case. Told me work had commenced, which it had not. My gut was triggered. "flashing red lights & sirens." Felt like prey w/a predator. Neither liked nor trusted her & did not feel she was anyone I wanted to conduct anything with. Was done at her first untruth. Rude & condescending. patronizing. Treated me like pond scum.
