He was so thorough explaining what was done on the car and what would need to be done in the future and he also was super helpful. My Apple car Play to not working and we tried a couple things he volunteered to have the program reset with Honda and then when I picked up the car, it still didn’t work and he had he went into my settings on the phone and we just went to Apple CarPlay didn’t do a thing on the settings, but that seem to work, so I drove away happy being able to listen to my music and have my navigation on the screen again and he was terrific also, this was the first time I use the shuttle bus to take me back home and pick me up and that was terrific. My husband’s having some health issues right now and I didn’t feel comfortable waiting for the car. I usually do but I felt better just going home but the gentleman that drove the shuttle bus was extremely friendly. Everybody was on time it was such a great experience. I love Norm, Reeves Honda, and a big thank you to Clayton. He was wonderful.

I just wanted an oil change. I wasn’t told about fluid levels or the tire pressure. That was what I wanted to know about and was included in the oil change. I made an appointment with one service adviser and ended up with another. It was a very upsetting appointment and I finally forgot about it and now I have to relive it again filling out this survey.
I don’t want to hear that my almost brand new tires are fine.
