1. It took about 2.5 hours for my oil to get changed, despite my having an appointment and showing up on time. A 30 min max job should not take 2.5 hours.
2. Shortly after checking in my wife’s car, you spammed her phone number asking if she’d like to sell her car. Seriously? Are you going to call her and ask if she wants to extend her car warranty too? Super sleazy and annoying to do to your customers.
