Benito does a good job of maintaining my vehicle and I’m satisfied with the cost and the level of service he provided me with. He goes the extra mile and doesn’t suggest anything unnecessary. That’s the only place I’ll ever take my car from now on.

I was extremely disappointed with my services today, which is very discouraging seeing that I’ve been here multiple times and even purchased my vehicle at this dealership. I’ve always been pleased with not only the service but my advisor. Unfortunately today I did not have the same treatment as usual. I had an appointment for an oil change and I knew before coming there would probably be more work needed as there were some future services pointed out at my last service. I was quoted almost $2000 worth of issues that needed attention I asked my advisor Viv what was absolutely needed right away and she said the suspension since my tires were new. Right at this moment I know it wasn’t right because my tires are in fact not new and are close to needing replacement. So this is where my frustration began and only got more overwhelming. She did not really help me understand and did not give me advise as to what/where I should start on the list of items I was given. Nor did she ask if I wanted any of them done while I was there which was something I mentioned when first arriving for my appointment. I left on the verge of tears and really second guessing coming back ever again and now I will probably find another dealership to help with my service needs.
