I was satisfied with John and the time/speed of the service. There were a few things with the service that could have been improved. They filled the tires to the wrong pressure until I mentioned it and John had it taken back and fixed. The seat and rear view mirror were moved. It’s not a big deal but it’s annoying. Not sure why it would have to be done for an oil change and tire rotation. I don’t think they’re taking it on a road test but even if they do, try to put everything back.

It took 4 trips over 2 years to get my problem fixed with my CRV. I had this parking sensor since the car was brand new. The car is now almost 3 years old. The sensor finally got replaced. Basically the service department didn’t believe me the other times I brought the car in. I even had video of what it would do and they didn’t want to look at it.
