I made an appointment for a b12 service and a diagnostic for a keyless start system problem that had been happening for a while but was not found by technicians. Funny enough it happened when I dropped it off so I was finally believed. Was told a couple hours. 3 hours later I was called with the news of needing a new start stop switch and everything else was fine. Was called again at 2 pm that my car not only wasn’t done but now it needed brake fluid. I said ok fine please complete that. I was then not called but text at 4:30 that my car was ready. 7 hours for a routine service that didn’t even involve tire rotation or air filter change. It was a diplorable experience and do not want to deal with norm reeves Honda ever again.
