Early in the morning, I made a phone call to the parts department, and I spoke to Diego and I explained to him about the problems that I was experiencing with the battery also, we talk about replacement of my battery under the warranty. He clearly explain to me that is an easy fix that. I only have to bring the battery and do a straight swap. No labor was going to be charged because it was gonna be free will only take no more than 30 minutes upon my arrival I approached the counter where Mr. Alex works and there was a guy behind it. They repeatedly asked him if he was going to help me, but he totally ignored me and I was held by a woman I’m assuming probably the manager that she she did not say excuse, in behalf of this man that totally ignore me, next, I was held by Alex, which did not look friendly at all. Never smile never greed me demeanor was not really a person that I want to help. Never smile never make me feel comfortable. I explained to him that I was there to replace my battery as spoke to Diego previously in the morning, after that, I went outside, and a young kid came in with a tester, and connected my battery to the tester, and found out that it was not gonna be able to work anymore because he determined and told me that it was dead upon that I went inside and talk to Alex and he gave me a whole bunch of different attitudes explain to me that the body has to go through a different test even though I explained to what I did to find out the battery will not work swapping back-and-forth with my brother‘s car and also did the kid outside with the test. Esser said that it was not gonna work anymore so I needed to replace it right away and I explained that I was in my lunch hour he help me back longer than I was supposed to be there and the worst thing everything is that when the bill came up I paid $94 was initially quoted by Diego over the phone $72 I do not have time to stay there because I need to pick up my daughter from school Alex did not show any empathy at all for what I was going through I I cannot stay any longer so I left and I make a phone call. On my way going to pick up my daughter. I got a hold of somebody put a hold a very long time and then I got Alex coming and explained to me that they spoke to the service manager and they gave me my money back $24 in total, my complain that you guys should honor what you say over the phone and I don’t have to call in and fight and argue and get attitude about the initial coding. You’re supposed to honor what you said on the phone if it’s a penny Diego it’s not train or no about giving quotes over the phone about replacing batteries should be retrain. Should not be something that I need to deal with. I need to clarify Diego was very good over the phone but unfortunately whatever he told me did not go through.
