I have been to this dealership for routine maintenance. I am never surprised at the level of energy to upsell additional services - which are not required or needed. I was told my wiper blades were cracked and streaking . . . and I literally had new ones installed two days prior. It makes me not trust any recommendations at all. This practice represents the values and questionable practices which dilutes the Norm Reeves brand, credibility, and trust. I will not be returning.
