After applying for the financial credit for the service they mentioned I was going to just pay for a down payment towards it not knowing it was going to be more then expected they should of let me know before I chose to do all the services, after leaving without my car since I needed to pay before getting my car so inconvenient for them know giving us an estimated down payment

I had a service apt at 9.15am and arrived at 9.18am. I was checked in and was told my vehicle will be read in 90 mins to 2 hours max. I was not updated in any way and had to go looking for the service adviser for an update. My car was eventually ready in 21/2 hours! This is the longest I have ever had to wait for a service, pretty bad service!
