I actually couldn’t be happier with my experiences at Norm Reeves Honda. I’ve purchased 4 cars from there and aside from my last purchase I’ve been so pleased with the entire experience. I got a little taken advantage of but I’ve paid off the car now. Also, the service experience seems to get easier and better. I couldn’t be more pleased. My battery was replaced on 12/28/2023 at your facility. I tried restarting my vehicle on 01/02/2024 for the first time after the battery replacement, and it didn’t have any battery power to crank the engine, it only made a clicking sound. I called Honda and they told me that my starter should be bad. I went to try to jump start my vehicle when I learned the battery clamp (female part) is larger than the battery pole on the positive node. The battery was not compatible with my vehicle! The mechanic knew this, because the connection was very loose and could not have been tightened. I am a handicapped person and it was a big effort for me to come back for the correction of the error by your mechanic. The eork should have been inspected before delivery to customer!
