My service rep Tony is always very considerate Professional and listens to me when I tell him what could be the problem and he answers them and he investigates just to make sure he tells me when I have a slight problem. What I like is he tell me it’s not serious, but you need to tend to it. The next time you come in and then it’s up to me, I need a repair done and I told him order the parts and I’ll bring the car in. We can get it done so I will continue with Honda and with Tony because I feel safe With his recommendations to my Pilot as a disabled and elderly person. That’s very important.
