Benito was impressively professional, and I'm glad it was him because today was my first visit to Norm Reeves to have my Honda serviced. It's always hard for me as a consumer to trust any establishment with my only vehicle, and Benito made me feel assured that my nine year old car is in trustworthy hands. Benito answered all of my questions and exercised concern for my safety driving on the road with making sure all mechanical mechanisms for my car work properly. I ended up spending more money than I planned, but Benito showed me everything that needed to be fixed in order to insure that my car continues to be safe on the road with high performance; and the strawberry on top is that his personality is awesome!

Everything is good. Alex did a good job. I had one concern about my vehicle, passport. I told Alex there were few times the car goes so slow climbing up on a high long road( not a steep one ). And he said that’s another test, a diagnostic procedure. Then I said I’ll come back another time I got work to go to LA. I hope that problem will be addressed soon. Thank you

When I took my vehicle in, I was told that the diagnostic was one to two hours. When I came back four hours later, it still hadn't been worked on, and I had to wait an additional hour. They didn't even do the diagnostic how they said they were. I was told they did the battery test the first hour I was there before I got dropped off. When my car was given back to me, nothing was said to me about anything else.

Honestly the detail was not that great. It was difficult to tell if it was even washed. There was still dirt/residue on the exterior paint, some of which wasn’t even there when I brought it in. The only way I knew for sure that it was washed was that it was still dripping water in some locations. Also The interior still had some rough spots with sunscreen, dirt/reside and scuffs on the doors and trunk space that were not wiped down and cleaned. We inspected it and left frustrated without talking to anyone because we were just over it. it was our third time there after a previous bad experience where I sat and waited 30 min while I thought the car was being washed. The guy brought me the keys said it was good to go. I opened it up and immediately saw that nothing had been done. I told the guy who spoke little English and he left again to talk to someone. When he came back he said they couldn’t clean it now and to come back. My wife came back after I confirmed with Mason and they said it wouldn’t be finished until later that night. So she left and I scheduled a time to come in the following week where I had the aforementioned experience above. The reason for all this was that the wasn’t clean when we bought it and Mason said he’d make sure it got done if we brought it back. There is clearly a breakdown of communication here and no oversight on the detailing procedure.
