My experience with getting my car serviced at Norm Reeves Honda was excellent! I was promptly greeted by Tony Lagos who was very professional and helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done and also immediately helped fix an issue I had with some weather stripping that was coming off on my drivers side window. He also set the stage and time frame for me for the scope of work to be done and was spot on with this as well. Thank you to everyone on the team for giving me a great experience!

Great service and communication with me. Really appreciate the hiring team at your dealership. Do Not let an Employee like Benito get away, they are few and far between these days. I will always bring my Honda to guys for any maintenance or repairs. Thanks !

Ivette Rodriguez has the Best Customer Service- she really listens to what my concerns are for my vehicle, she makes me feel heard as she takes the time to help me understand my concerns and makes me feel reassured my concerns are valid, she doesn’t rush me, nor pressure me into any added svcs or purchases. She is always with a smile and welcoming even though yesterday I was a late afternoon walk-in. Keep up the wonderful Customer Service Ivette!! Makes me want to only return to this Honda of HB and tell all my friends & family to go to for car sales and svcs.

The service provided by Vivian Was totally deplorable, I have never experience Worst service ever that location, Vivian Attitude was completely defiant, Never apologize, Condescending, And again, completely defiant throughout the whole entire process, Very curt, if there is something Vivian needs to explain that is wrong with anything related with the work done to my car she needs to “LEARN” better manners, she make me feel like stupid. When I drop off my car for an oil change and battery check at 8:56 am told me that my car will be ready for pick up no more that 2 hours. I call a left a message after 3 hours and 30 minutes past the promised time no one pick up because the entire shop was shut down for an event. Vivian FAIL to tell me the that I was not going to pick up my card until 3:00 pm. That is unacceptable, when I ask why you did not tell me about this even she blew me off and did not care with and defiant editor to my questions and complaints, when I called and left a message, I said that I need the car because I need to go to work so I lost a whole entire workday and when I ask her about it, she did not care at all and her answer was I’m not here to argue with you in other words she dismissed me without listening to anything that I want to say again we are very defying way extremely impolite and extremely rude telling me if there is any complain, I don’t care you can talk to the manager on her office, her attitude was I don’t care and I don’t wanna hear you or your complaints. Do all the time that I’ve been getting my car maintenance and service this is the first time I was treated miserably in a very condescending way. I don’t appreciate this kind of attitude. She never apologized to the whole entire interaction. Her attitude was defiant, I will make sure never go there to get my car service again by Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach, Her service was deplorable and left me with a lot to the higher for, if you really care, you should give me a call and we’ll talk about it. Not customer should experience this extremely bad service.

Clayton was very knowledgeable and thorough with his work and went through all test results to advise me what to do with them.
