Yvette is professional, competent and treats me with dignity and kindness.
She almost immediately spotted the damaged door lock and surmised that that was triggering the battery drain.
Although it was late afternoon, she replaced the door cylinder along with a new key. She charged the old battery which failed to charge and installed s new one.
I am grateful to her for all she did.
