Very satisfied. Evan was very nice and even replaced the license plate light free of charge. I’m concerned about the high pitched noise I hear when I slow down or come to a stop but if it passed inspection i guess it’s ok.

Yes, everybody at that Darlings is great. The Darlings in Brunswick ****. They rip you off, lie to you and try to charge you for things they did with out asking. They are horrible!!

I was advised my vehicle was ready. I immediately replied and asked if any issues with the service list I provided and how much work cost. I did not receive a reply.
I was disappointed to learn the car had not passed inspection and had issues with brakes and tires. Would have been nice to know that as part of the car is ready messaging. I would likely have scheduled the work to be done with Darlings. I am much less likely to do that now.

I’m sure folks were busy and short handed. A sign of the times. But you are in a service business
I can share my prior car was purchased at Rowe and was serviced by Rowe. This would not have occurred there. That 2009 car still on the road.
