The service advisor Darius is unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. I have been a customer at that location from when it used to be blouins dodge. I have never had anyone of the staff treat us as he did. It’s unfortunate because I will never buy or service another vehicle there again and Darius basically told us he did not care. I know every dealership is busy with all the shortages and it does not seem like you care if you lose a customer or not but these times will not last forever and there will be a time that you might show a little appreciation to your loyal customers.
