I wasted my time driving my truck up to you in the morning, and again in the evening to pick it up. The only reason I did this was because I was told I needed steering parts replaced, in my first phone call about this matter the lady told me it would be 2 weeks so they could get the parts in. Then I pick the truck up, and on the bill it stated "original steering parts, no need to replace" well then why is dodge sending me recalls about steering parts.... ESPECIALLY IF ITS "original" steering parts. I feel like I wasted half a day for nothing.

Called earlier in the day on 7/26, spoke with gentleman and asked him to leave my fob in my car as I would be picking up after hours. I went to pick up my car that evening, unlocked it with BlueLink but my fob was not there. I found your front doors to be unlocked and was thoughtful enough to wait for the police to arrive so you don’t get robbed.
I had to get a ride back to my place to get my second key, then go back to get my car. That was very frustrating !

I also asked for an estimate to fix the drivers side mirror which doesn't move. I was disappointed to hear it would cost $400 to replace the motor. It's a 2017 model which I purchased July 2016 and has only 73,000 miles on it. The mirror should have lasted longer than that. The passengers side mirror still works.

They forgot to hook up accessories at the unhooked and when I called up to get it taken care of them told I have to make an appointment weeks away how was it my fault that their Tech didn't do his job correctly and hook back up my 12 volt plug that they unhooked to do the job and when you called to make an appointment you can't get through to anybody they make you leave a message but do not call you back
