I had a 9am oil change appointment. I called at approximately 11:40am, asking if my car had been completed. I was told there was scheduling mix ups, and my car would be serviced at 1pm. This made me tight for an event that afternoon. I was not notified about the issue until I called asking about my car. Yes it got done, but about 4 hrs later.
