I am not sure that Muscatine Toyota can fix the distrust that I have from yesterday's service. Not saying Jacob was the issue but I'm surprised that he was as easy going S he was with the issue. I'm mot upset with him but with the entire service especially with the technician that performed the easy, basic service that was not completed completely and the fact that he missed a major issue.

Car drove fine the 25 miles home. Then the first time I went to drive it the car displayed the exact same ailments and check engine light and warning ?? and died on me 6 times in a 1/2 mile drive. The EXACT same condition the car was in before I invested $1,762.86. Plus I paid a fee for a visit before I left it there and I was told you couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Before I picked up my car, I asked Jacob the same thing I’d asked before I authorized the “repairs”, “will there be anything further that needs repair?” I was assured that the car was now total repaired and that I would not have any problems. I am so mad at myself for trusting Toyota of Muscatine!!! I wish I had just considered the car totaled and put the $1,762.86 towards a new car. I called Jacob and he said,” I’ll talk to my manager. If you bring it in, I’ll get you a loaner car.” Toyota had my car for weeks and didn’t fix the problem. Did I mention, I spent $1,762.86 plus a $135 or something close to it the time before the “repairs” and was told that Toyota of Muscatine “couldn’t find anything wrong with the car?” I am very disappointed and angry that I spent $1,762.86 and the car is still running the same or even WORSE! I am angry at myself for trusting Toyota of Muscatine.

There was an error made in charging me for a tire rotation both last time and this time based information given on the paperwork that didn’t make sense. Chad has assured me that he will “make it right” the next time I bring my car in for service.
