While waiting in an almost empty waiting room, several salespeople on the floor and not 1 approached me to greet or talk cars. I’m in the market for a new vehicle but I won’t deal with a dealership that doesn’t have any customer service in sales. Chad was awesome and I did get good services from that part of the dealership. No new cars in the showroom and little inventory on the lot. When I first drove on the lot, not 1 salesperson came out to see what I was looking at/for.

Jacob and his mechanic went above and beyond by allowing extra time at no cost to me to be able to work with care on my 22 yr. old 2001 Toyota Sienna that has given us over 312,000 miles. I don't know what happen today that I was not contacted about a couple items recommended.
