NOT GOOD. I bought my truck back from a deer hit that that body shop and service department repaired The deer hit was the right front and they had to replace some suspension parts along with the body work. I bought the truck back after a month later because of the work that was done because the 4wd was making noise and we had just had a snow storm and that was the first time I used the 4wd after they repaired of my truck. I called the body shop and she said to drop it off on Monday and they would drive it and check to see if something else happened when I hit the deer. I dropped it off Sunday night and called Monday to explain more of what the problem was. I did not here back from Jacob after I called on Monday and he said they were working it in and maybe Tuesday they will know something. Tuesday I called late in the day and said it will be Wednesday. I got a text that said my truck was in and text me with any questions. I texted back later what is wrong with the truck. No response so I called and he said they know something is wrong with the 4wd but didn't no what it was. The next day I didn't here anything and texted and called and no answer. Thursday I called in the morning and told the I just need my truck back because the truck I was using to get to work was having problems. I got a text saying I owed over 100 dollars to get my truck back. This was never discussed with me before and they were supposed to just make sure something wasn't missed on the precocious repar. They did wave the fees after I got very upset. I spent over 6 thousand dollars for deer hit and to be treated that way was very bad Business.
