Sam was very welcoming when I first walked in. He explained the whole process. Then he asked if I needed any additional services. He texted me as soon as my car was finished. My driver, Anthony was also a pleasure to deal with. A nice young gentleman and was a pleasure to talk too.
The only issue at all was my wife tried to reach out to me and the phone receptionist didn't appear to understand that I was a customer and not a worker. My wife is Italian, but her English is outstanding,as a matter of fact she speaks five languages. She was a bit frustrated the lady didn't understand her request to reach me.
