Seems like advisor Joe is most concerned about selling us more repairs needed then just taking care of our needs. He was to call us when service work was completed so we could come back and pick up our vehicle and never did. Said he updated our information to reflect correct phone and email but never did.
2 years ago he told me I needed an expensive repair ( brakes or new tires) and we had just replaced a couple months prior. Had I not caught it I’m pretty sure would have got done again. I hope to not have to work with Joe in the future,

Service department didn’t listen when I asked them to do a statement check on a well documented battery drain on my CrV. This led me to have a dead car alone at night when it was 4 degrees, then brought the car in again and insisted the listen to me. Very disrespectful and poor customer service to disregard my original request for service.
