My comments are not pertaining to Sam but to the company. Sam provided very good customer service.
Work was done thru my insurance 2 Wks ago during which there was a transmission change. The matter of alignment was discussed but my understanding was that it was part of the work being done. A few days after I took the car home lights came on. My son realized what was happening but couldn’t make it out there at the time due to work so the car was barely used.
Two days ago we took it in and was charged $274.00 for the alignment. That
Was wrong and this is a protest!! Since your shop wouldn’t work with us on this, we could never recommend you to anyone.
