Service clearly forgot to wipe down my leather seats with the leather protectant. He tried to claim they did. When I physically wiped dust off the seats to show him, he tried to say that it just blew up on the seats from vacuuming. I am not an idiot. I can tell when something has and has not been done. He then said, "I'll have them do it again" (Implying it was don't a 1st time). If you forget something and make a mistake- own it. Don't give the customer a line of bullsh*t trying to cover.

The item repaired was a fog light. It was not repaired. I didn’t check, and I don’t drive at night. A friend used my car and told me today it did not work. Today I called and spoke with Joe. He seemed condescending and to question the authenticity of my complaint. It’s been a month and a week. Not like it’s been years. And you guys are welcome to inspect to see if there is damage before you make a customer feel this way. I paid a lot bc I trust the dealership, and I like better service. I didn’t get that today.
