I only one to point out that even though the service provided was good. I was surprise to have been charged an analysis fee to determine the issue with my car when the work itself needed to be done at cost anyway. It would make sense if I was coming to have you see what was wrong and not have the work performed in your facilities. Buy this was not the case, I had you analyzed the problem and has you fixed it.
