This is not as black and white of a question as usual. I am completely satisfied with working with Joe as he goes out of his way to be very helpful to resolve any of my concerns. I was advised to put new brake pads on the vehicle which I agreed to. I was not having any issues but was told if I replaced the pads now it would avoid a more costly repair of replacing the rotors. I have been back twice for the pads due to excessive squealing when braking. After the second visit the braking noise is greatly reduced but not gone. I am confident the brakes are working properly but the noise is a great nuisance.
