Could of explained more thoroughly what the recall was for. Didn’t mention the fact of rust to failure or the seriousness of the corrosion. Also didn’t inform me of the details of work done. Also upon inspection there still is massive corrosion on the frame. Is this also serious leading to failure?

Although Joe was helpful, when I called to report a tire problem i was told by service department to just put air in myself. Later that day while driving home on the highway I suffered a tire blowout and began to lose control. I was lucky that I was able to pull over but could have been seriously injured. I cannot recommend this service department.
