Every time I bring my vehicle to Ford there seem to be new people working the service desk. Today I was asked to pull my own car into the garage, write down my own mileage, and provide my own insurance papers from the vehicle. I was actually asked to move the vehicle two different times. My family and I have been purchasing Ford vehicles from this dealership for many years. My grandfather bought all of his cars from this dealership. I have never once been asked to drive pull my own car in and write my own numbers down. Service has gone down hill greatly over the past two years. It’s very disappointing. I have brought my vehicle here to support your business but I can’t say I will continue to do so in the future. You can tell there have been many changes within the dealership and it’s really starting to show.

My car has a safety recall for the rear view camera but it was discovered when I dropped the vehicle off that there is not a fix for it yet. All my cameras were working when I dropped my car off but when I picked it up none of them were. WhenI went back in and told the lady at the desk she said that she guessed the tech tried programming then but I will have to wait until the fix come in to get them working again. All other items were serviced correctly.

Parts were not in despite the fact that i made the appointment 3 weeks prior. I received minimum of 2 reminder texts this week about my appointment and was not notified no parts were ordered/available until after i arrived for my appointment and told it needed to be rescheduled. I was told this time they would order parts under my under my VIN for my next appointment. I do not understand why parts were not ordered under my VIN initially.

The rep told me I didn’t get free oil changes when I’m still under warranty also didn’t get a call when my car was supposedly ready. When I got there oil change wasn’t done. I had to sit and wait even longer. Ford better be glad I’m in love with this Mustang because that service department ****. Seriously. I think you guys aren’t paying these mechanics enough that’s the problem.

Savannah was phenomenal. When I got there, she was dealing with (from what it sounded like a rude client over the phone) and she handled it well. I could tell she was extremely stressed from the call, but when it was my turn she quickly put on a happy face and assisted me well. I work retail and understand the struggles at times. She handled herself very well!
