dropped car off at 8am for service. called at 3:30 for update. was told the car was just taken back to to look at it.
Was told you would need to order parts for the repair so NO work was completed at all. So my car was there all say and nothing completed.
I realize not the woman at service fault completely but a complete waste of my time and total lack of communication

I purchased the car two months later I needed back brakes I don’t know how it passed inspection. Also needed a motor mount they also missed in inspection and they weren’t able to supply. Told me either use an aftermarket part that the warranty wouldn’t cover or ride around with it until the part came in. Horrible experience I’ll never buy from them again!
