Philip was very helpful with answering texts. One suggestion though. When I went to pick up my car and return the loaner there were no signs or instructions to let me know if I should have parked in the bay/tunnel and that I should exit the car or stay in the car until an attendant came. I waited a bit and then went inside. Not an issue at all but for us older folks it just makes it easy and comfortable to know what is expected. Thank you again!
