Bryan was a very nice person & tried to get me out of there in a timely manner.
This dealership needs a tire person and/or tire maintenance dept. He did his best and everytime I go I see things that need attention.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and dropped off my entire set of keys. I was not told to remove my car key from my set of keys. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle my car was already running, so I paid and left. However, when I got to my destination and turned my vehicle off I realized that my entire set of keys was missing. Panicked, because it was now evening and my house keys were on the keychain, I called Hampton for help. I was told that the keys were most likely in my center console or glove box. I looked in both locations and found nothing. I was transferred to a manager, James, and he repeatedly told me that the keys must be in the vehicle and that they never had this problem before. He called two people that were involved with my vehicle and then called me back and repeated that all he could do was look at a tape the following day, even though I explained my house keys were on the set that was missing. I looked under seats, in doors, between seats and eventually when I jammed my hand between the drivers seat and center console as far as I could I felt something. When I put it out, it was my key chain. This was so disappointing to not only have my keys lost, I do not understand why they were removed and jammed in between the seat) but also to deal with someone who was so unconcerned and even seemed to question me. I live in New Iberia and choose to drive to Hampton when I could bring my vehicle anywhere. I usually have the best service, but this was really disappointing.

I’m sure the technician did a great job, but the customer service was horrible with everyone that we dealt with. Everyone seemed disgruntled and rude. We will not be returning in the future. This is not an isolated incident. We will choose to drive out of our way for better service.
