Came in for oil change and tire repair which was handled quickly. I had inquired about setting up an appointment for some recall work when I first arrived. STEVO is awesome.... ALL HAMPTON SERVICE EMPLOYEES ARE AWESOME. Anyway, I went in to see STEVO, giving him a laundry list of problems I "thought" I was experiencing with my car. This is my first time owning a NEW CAR, so I'm flipping out with ever little sound, shake, or smell haha lol. In the end Stevo & the team assured me that my car is in GREAT SHAPE. They conducted a full inspection and did not find anything wrong aside from the necessary tire rotation that was required at this mileage point. I feel very confident in HAMPTON TOYOTA SERVICES, I can trust these employees and that is SOOOO HARD TO FIND. STEVO could have played on my panic and said, this & that is wrong with my car. I could have ended up paying for some high dollar service that I really didn't need. Not all service teams are honest, but this team is truly trust worthy. I only paid for the tire rotation and inspection that was needed

Great people but I feel the flow could be better. It was my first time here. Compared to a Arlington TX setup this one had less signage on where to go and slower greeting and directing from staff. Also if the car accessories were next to the cashier I would have bought the car air freshener. I had not know they were in the waiting area until I asked and did not want to hold up the line. Also my car was not washed afterwards like it has been in the past. Staff was nice and friendly. Please take this as constructive criticism. Thank you!
