Carmen was fantastic! But my issue is that they checked my battery for what reason I have no idea...as we knew that it was dying and my husband was going to change it when he got back home...so I woke up this morning to bring my child to school and my car wouldn’t start. Hampton killed my battery the rest of the way when it was perfectly fine to last another week with no issues due to plugging it up to that battery checking machine...awful. It’s really sad...and I have no one permission nor did I ask for my battery to be checked. So now I’m here stuck without a car because someone decided to take it upon themselves to touch something they had no business touching....
