More communication. My car was there for 12 hours with no word until I called mid afternoon about 2p. At 4 p I called again and was told finally it would be another few hours. At least I should have been informed of delays.

My car didn’t seem as clean as it was after last auto butler. They applied on top of dried bugs and left bumpers side panels to spot dry bc they were all spotted and dirty looking, didn’t really look like it went thru auto butler compared to last time. So I called service after going down the rd and I stopped to look at it and service asked If I wanted to speak to a manager and no answered so I left voicemail and no one called back, I’m very disappointed bc I was so happy with my last auto butler 6 mon ago

Steven listen to everything that I needed to have done to my vechicle. Than he explained to me about the issue I was having with the brakes. He in returned found another problem with the wiper fluid lines but he told me what the problem was and they took care of the issue. In return I had to unexpectedly spend a few dollars but I knew that it was something that was indeed needed.
